Rudy Lira Kusuma earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison; he was also awarded a Certificate in General Business Studies from the University of California. In 2008, he was recognized as an Equity Marketing Specialist by the National Council of Exchangors. Rudy is licensed to practice real estate and trained and experienced in one or many of the following areas: Real estate investment brokerage--appraisal--development--financial resources and structuring-- management--taxation-- and the varied benefits of real estate exchanges.
Rudy is a client-centered real estate exchange REALTOR® trained to achieve real estate investment goals, solve real estate problems, and take advantage of real estate opportunities, including Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Rudy is trained to help clients over a wide geographic area including, but not limited to, San Gabriel Valley, California.
Rudy is the founder and co-host of the weekly real estate educational club for consumers in West San Gabriel Valley, The Nu Vision Real Estate Network, where he speaks regularly on various topics. Rudy teaches First Time Home Buyers Workshop, How to Purchase Foreclosure Properties in California, and Avoid Foreclosures! - A Foreclosure Prevention Workshop For Home Owners.
